1. Courier Partners & Selection
To offer you the most competitive shipping rates and the fastest delivery times, we partner with multiple logistics providers, including Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, and India Post.
The choice of courier is automatically determined by our system based on your Pincode and the Best Pricing/Service available for that route.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: Usually takes 5–7 working days for rest of India and 2–4 working days within Kerala.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message once your order has shipped, containing your Tracking Number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
5. Delivery Address & Pincode Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are 100% accurate. Magnetbags is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Any re-shipping charges arising from an incorrect address will be borne by the customer.
6. Damages & Shortages
As per our Return Policy, if your order arrives damaged, you must record an unboxing video and report it to us within 2 hours of delivery.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. International Shipping
